Join us for a 6-week closed group based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book “Understanding Your Grief”. This book helps you understand and befriend your painful, complex, yet normal thoughts and feelings after the death of someone loved. The group is open to anyone who has experienced a death loss, whether recently or years ago, as a safe place to connect with fellow grievers and explore themes from the book and relating them to our own lived experiences. Themes that will be discussed include Common Misconceptions About Grief, Guilt and Regret, Exploring Your Feelings About Grief.
