NEW! Sudden & Traumatic Loss Grief Support Group May 2024 at 6:30pm (MST) – virtual

A group for adult individuals navigating the complexities of sudden, traumatic, and unexpected loss. Join a supportive environment where others understand grief associated with a death loss in which accident, medical circumstances, substance use/abuse, or violent events were part of the life/death narrative. Meets the fourth Tuesday of the month on Zoom at 5:30 (PT)/ 6:30pm (MST)/ 7:30pm (CT)/ 8:30pm (EST) starting in March 2024.

*Please note this group is not appropriate for individuals who are currently dealing with substance abuse
