
Forest Therapy Intervention 5 Session Group – In Person Denver – Fall 2025
For those experiencing personal bereavement within their first year, learn ways to improve quality of life during bereavement through forest therapy activities. Facilitated by Forest Therapy Practitioner, Susan Kaplan, MSW, MPA, RYT, participants will engage in activities to help reduce the impact on physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social states and promoting more healthy choices and well-being through connections with nature.
Cost $100, plus cost of admissions to the gardens. Scholarships available, including admissions to the gardens – please contact Susan with regards to support for admissions to the gardens.
Registration is required, minimum of 6 participants for the group to be held.
If you are bringing someone with you, please indicate that in your registration if you know ahead of time. We welcome additional guests but want to make sure everyone is registered so that we have enough materials for the number of people we anticipate. Please be prompt – we plan to gather 15 minutes before just inside the entry so we can have the full 2 1/2 hours to be in the Gardens.
