Butterfly Art – Pinning Through Grief: A Guided Meditation – Nov 2 2024 – Denver

Join us for a soothing guided meditation to help navigate through grief together with a butterfly pinning activity. This workshop will include a sacred circle, material education and a safe, mindfulness-based grief space to help provide a sense of healing and creativity. Learn how pinning can be a useful tool on your grief journey.

* Butterflies are donated from JeffCo school district, these butterflies have been raised in a butterfly farm for pollinating and then after death are contributed for learning purposes.
