NEW! General Grief Group: Growing Through Grief Dec 3 2024 at 5:30pm (MST) at Woodbury Library – in-person Denver
In Partnership with Denver Public Libraries, we welcome you to join us for an open, ongoing grief support group, for anyone who has experienced a death loss, regardless of relationship to the deceased or length of time since the loss. We will spend time learning about the grief process and connecting with others. This group can be a helpful if you are newly bereaved and/or new to HeartLight, but is open to all at any point on your grief journey. Meeting at the Woodbury Library Branch. Registration on the HeartLight Center website strongly encouraged, though not required.
Participants are welcome to bring a photo or special object to share during group.
Meets in-person on first Tuesday of the month from 5:00-6:30pm at the Woody Library Branch starting in December.
A $15 donation to HeartLight Center is encouraged for group participation.
