General Grief Group:
Growing Through Grief

In Partnership with Denver Public Libraries

This ongoing, peer-based grief support group is open to adult individuals (18+) who have experienced any type of death loss. We will spend time learning about the grief process and connecting with others. This can be a helpful group if you are newly bereaved and/or new to HeartLight, but is open to all at any point on your grief journey. We meet at the Woodbury Library Branch on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm.
