Growing Through Grief

In Partnership with Denver Public Libraries

This ongoing support group is open to adult individuals who have experienced any type of death loss. We will spend time learning about the grief process and connecting with others. This can be a helpful group if you are newly bereaved and/or new to HeartLight, but is open to all at any point on your grief journey. Meeting at the Woodbury Library Branch. Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm starting in December, 2024.
