Tools for Handling Personal Belongings After Loss – Feb 21, 2026 at 10am MT on Zoom

What do we do with the “stuff”? Join us for discussions about handling belongings after a loss, as well as get some ideas for useful tools to help with sorting through the belongings, determining what to keep and what to donate, and what it is to part with certain pieces of our person’s physical life.

We invite you to share in a creative space to help explore and connect about grief through art. This creative and social workshop invites participants to explore grief through use of various art activities, no prior art experience required. Supplies provided. Saturday, March 7 from 9am-12pm at HeartLight Center. Cost: $40.

Men’s Grief and the Narrative Journey – March 21, 2026 – Denver, CO

Join this safe community where men who have experienced a loss can share their stories, learn coping strategies, and find support from peers who understand unique struggles men experience including how societal norms can make it difficult for men to express grief openly. This narrative-focused group will help to process emotions, combat loneliness, and develop a more balanced and authentic relationship with your loss(es). Coffee and morning pastries provided. Suggested Donation: $20. Space is Limited. Registration is required.

Wholehearted Grief: An Experiential Workshop for Healing and Connection – Sat Feb 28 – Albuquerque, NM

Join us for a welcoming, experiential grief workshop for anyone navigating death loss. Together, we’ll slow down and explore our inner world through guided activities, creative expression, gentle movement, and reflection. Drawing on insights from Brené Brown and Ted Wiard, this gathering invites you to honor your emotions and connect with a supportive community. No prior experience is needed. You’re welcome to bring a meaningful object for a shared grief altar. Refreshments provided. Cost: $20

Writing to Heal: A Writing Workshop for Suicide Grief – Sat March 21 – Albuquerque, NM

This gathering offers a gentle, supportive space for individuals grieving a suicide loss. Through guided writing prompts and reflective practices, participants will explore feelings and memories connected to their loss and use writing as a tool for meaning, hope, and healing. Self-care breaks are woven throughout. All are welcome, regardless of where they are in their grief journey or their comfort with writing. In partnership with Survivors of Suicide Albuquerque. Cost: $15
