Open heART Studio – June 7 2025 9am-11:30am – Denver

We invite you to share in a creative space to help explore and connect about grief through art. HeartLight Center will provide supplies that you can use to create either an instructed activity, or something of your own. You are welcome to bring any art supplies, images, relics or materials that you would like to work with. No past art experience required.

Featured Activity: Gardening with Grief – using Kintsugi to help process grief and design a planter to plant seeds.

In the creation of this Kintsugi planter and gardening experience, you will build a piece as a symbol of the journey you are on while also sharing in meaningful discussions with fellow grievers.

Date: Saturday, June 7th from 9am-11:30am at HeartLight Center
