Grief cracks us wide open, other pain and past losses come up and need to come out. For many, our relationships can be affected by our grief expressions and experiences. We can feel tension, strain, overwhelm, guilt or resentment, and a whole spectrum of emotions in our relationships as a result. Join us for this meaningful 4-week group that will provide a safe space to discuss and process the different ways grief affects relationships with others and ourselves.
In these 4 weeks, we will discuss topics like:
How have your relationships changed?
How people seem to disappear, and new people appear who can support you.
How roles change and we sometimes need to find a new way to relate to people in our lives or we need to find a new community of people who understand.
What boundaries can you set to manage difficult relationships?
Next group starts February 4th at 10am at HeartLight Center Denver
