The Anger of Grief Part 2 – Aug 15 2025 in-person Denver

In continuing the discussion at the first workshops in March and July, we welcome sitting with anger again. Join us in a space dedicated to discussing and processing anger safely, with acceptance and allowance for complex emotions. We will be working with paint as a creative and expressive activity, embracing and working with our anger as an emotion that gives us information. Cost: $35. Registration is required.
