Walking with Grief: A Fall Mindfulness Walk & Ceremony – Denver, CO

Our mindfulness nature walk at the memorial gardens at HeartLight Center will include reflections on the changing seasons, incorporating ritual and ceremony to acknowledge and explore the change in seasons, and share a cozy meal together.

Grief & Knitting Circle – Denver, CO

Join Kayley with a knitting, crochet or needlepoint project that you are working on, or learn some basic crochet skills to work on a new project, as we come together for a calming hobby and engaging together in a safe supportive social space where grief and knitting are welcomed.

Heartsgiving: Comfort Foods Dinner – New Mexico
A cozy, pre-holiday gathering for grievers, their supporters, and family caregivers
Join us for an evening of comfort food, connection, and community. This Heartsgiving gathering is a chance to rest, reflect, and simply be with others who truly get the grief experience before the holidays. Enjoy good food, conversation, and social time as we nourish our hearts together.
Open to all adults (18+) who have experienced loss or are navigating serious illness or anticipatory grief. While bringing a dish is not required or expected, you are welcome to contribute if it feeds your wellbeing. Through the act of sharing a meal, we aim to nourish both our bodies and hearts with mutual support.

The program will last about 45 minutes, followed by time for fellowship and memorial ornament crafts. Refreshments will be served. All faiths welcome. You are invited to bring a photo of your loved one to display and/or keep close, as well as a favorite holiday dish of your loved one to share at the reception. These are optional; your presence is what matters most.

Please join us for a special Holiday Remembrance Service — a time to gather together in community, honor the memory of those who have died, to find comfort and support as we journey through the holidays.
This non-secular gathering will include a brief ceremony with words of reflection, music, and candle-lighting to remember and honor your loved ones. Refreshments will be served, and there will be space to connect with others who are also navigating grief during this season.
You are welcome to bring family and friends as we come together to share light, hope, and remembrance. All are invited, and all are welcome.
