We are a donation-based nonprofit, so many of our programs do not have a fee. We have a suggested donation for group attendance, or otherwise programs have a notation about any low-cost fee for joining. If you would like to make a contribution, you can do so when you register, through our donation page or provide a cash/check donation by mail or in person. If you are having any issues with the registration process, please call 720-748-9908 or email [email protected] and we can register for you.

Men’s Loss of Spouse/Partner Group March 4 2025 at 7pm (MST) in-person Denver
A peer support group dedicated to addressing the unique issues encountered by men who have experienced the death of a spouse, partner, or significant other. Meets in-person on the 1st Tuesday of each month at HeartLight Center at 7pm (MST). A $15 donation is encouraged.

An ongoing support group for those who have experienced the death of a parent(s) or caregiver. Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 4pm at HeartLight Center starting February 2025. Participants are invited to bring a special picture or object to share about at group. A $15 donation is encouraged.

A monthly group open to anyone who has experienced a death loss, helpful for those who are newly bereaved and/or new to HeartLight. Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month from 6-7:30 pm MST at the UrbanMama505 Kombuchery. Parking is available at the venue. A $15 donation is encouraged.
