Growing Through Grief
Meets virtually on the 1st Wednesday and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm (MST)
Open to anyone who has experienced a death, or is new to the grieving process or to HeartLight Center. Come spend time learning about grief and connecting with others.
Young Loss of a Spouse/Partner Groups
Meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 7pm (Option A) and the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6pm (Option B) (MST) in-person
A peer support group for people 55 and under who have lost a spouse, partner, or significant other. This group is helpful for those who are also navigating parenting children at home while grieving a partner.
Group A: For those who are 6 months or more post-loss.
Group B: Open to anyone who has lost a spouse, partner or significant other whether recently or years ago.
5+ Year Loss of a Spouse/Partner Group
Meets in-person the 2nd Monday of the month at 7pm (MST)
An ongoing peer support group for those who have experienced the death of a spouse, partner or significant other, five or more years ago.
Grupo de Apoyo Para el Duelo en Español
Meets virtually the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm (MST)

Loss of a Spouse/Partner Groups
Meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 4pm in-person or 7pm (MST) virutally, and in-person the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7pm (MST)
For people who have experienced the death of a spouse, partner, or significant other. Whether your loss is recent or years ago, you are welcome to come and spend an evening with others who are on a similar journey.
Loss of a Parent Support Groups
Meets the 1st Monday of the month at 7pm (MST) virtually, and the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm (MST) in-person
An ongoing support group for adults who have experienced the death of one or both parents or caregivers.
Men’s Loss of Spouse/Partner Group
Meets in-person the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7pm (MST)
A peer support group dedicated to addressing the unique issues encountered by men who have experienced the death of a spouse, partner, or significant other.
Suicide Loss Grief Support Group
Meets virtually the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7pm (MST) and in-person the 4th Monday of the month at 4pm (MST)
An ongoing peer support group for those who have experienced a loss to suicide.

East Metro Heartbeat Group
A support group for those who seek hope and healing in their lives after the tragic loss of a loved one to suicide. We come to share our pain and connect with other survivors in a circle of acceptance, understanding, and love.
Compassionate Friends Aurora Chapter
A peer support group for bereaved parents, grandparents, and adult siblings who have experienced the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling at any age and for any reason.

Weekly Pet Loss Support Group
The Human-Animal Bond Trust offers weekly, virtual support to individuals grieving the loss of a beloved animal companion. Bereaved Siblings Support Group
A support group for individuals 18 and up who are grieving the loss of their sibling or siblings.

GRASP–Grief Recovery After a Substance Passing
A source of help, compassion and most of all, understanding, for individuals and families who have had someone they love die as a result of substance use or addiction.
Please note this group is not appropriate for individuals who are currently dealing with substance abuse.
