Sound Energy Practitioner, Ann Martin, teaches modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. Experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience different ways to use them for self-care. In this “hands on” class, you’ll learn 3 different ways to play the Himalayan bowls, 24 unique meditations, how to actively receive the healing sounds and vibrations, and much more. The class concludes with a mini gong sound bath so can take a higher vibration with you as you greet your world! (Singing bowls are provided)
