Relationships and Grief 4-week Group July 2025 – in-person Denver
Join author and fellow griever, Amanda McKoy Flanagan, for a 4-week group that will provide a safe and supportive space to discuss and process the different ways grief affects relationships with others and ourselves.
During the 4 meetings we will discuss topics like:
The way relationships change after a death loss
The various ways people show up (or don’t) while grieving
Role changes and how we redefine our ways we connect with others
Boundary setting and managing difficult relationships
In-Person Meeting Dates:
Tuesdays, July 8, 15, 22 & 29
10am-11:30am at HeartLight Center
Cost: $60 (includes all 4 sessions)
Pay when you register or bring payment to the first meeting.
Space is limited, Registration is Required.
Note: A minimum of 6 participants is needed for this group to proceed.
About the Facilitator: A native New Yorker turned Coloradan, Amanda McKoy Flanagan masterfully combines urban insights with a nature-inspired philosophy in her approach to love and loss. Author, podcaster, motivational speaker, writing coach, certified intuitive grief coach, and energy healer, Amanda released her award-winning inspirational memoir Trust Yourself to Be All In: Safe to Love and Let Go last year and is the host of the Sol Rising podcast.
