Facing the Mourning April 2026 – in-person in Denver, CO

An interactive support group designed to help with the grieving process by using visual and thought-provoking tools. During these four sessions, the participants share their story, build memorials, compose letters, write in journals and develop goals with milestones. Part class, part support group, part personal discovery, Facing the Mourning will guide you through honoring, processing, and creating milestones through your grief.

Upcoming In-Person Program:

Tuesdays April 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 4-5:30pm at HeartLight Center in Denver (11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Denver CO 80014)

Cost: $65 for Participant Manual (provided at first meeting)
Pay when you register or bring payment to the first meeting.
