*NEW* Family Caregiver Grief Support Group June 9 2025 at 5:30pm (MST) – in-person New Mexico
Caring for a loved one through illness, aging, or disability can be a profound and life-altering experience. After their passing, many caregivers are left navigating not only grief but the complex emotions, identity shifts, and exhaustion that can follow the caregiving journey. This group offers a welcoming space for those who have provided care to a family member or close friend and are now living with the grief of their loss. Together, we explore the ongoing impact of caregiving, share coping strategies, and connect through shared stories and support. Note: This group is specifically for individuals who were caregivers to a loved one who has died, rather than for current caregivers or caregiving professionals.
Meets monthly on the second Monday at Daniels Strong-Thorne.
A $15 donation is encouraged.
